Definitely an old school diner vibe with delicious food inside. I got the bacon cheese burger from Johnny Ray's drive in, it was definitely worth the stop. I loved their fries also... crinkled thick fries.. the waitress that waited on me was really nice and very helpful making sure I had everything I needed.
We had Johnny Ray’s for dinner and it was delicious! The burger and grilled chicken sandwich were well cooked, fresh, and delicious. We had the jalapeño mozzarella sticks and fried pickles for sides and they were nice and crispy and had great flavor. The staff was kind and the wait was minimal. The butterscotch malt was icing on the cake of a great meal! Definitely going back soon.
I got a black raspberry shake, fried shrimp (they were cleaned) and mozzarella sticks. The food is ALWAYS hot and fresh. The people at the window are so nice. The potion sizes are great for the price.

Great American Diner. Clean and welcoming. It's small with booths and an awesome counter. Simple but great menu. Cooked as you wait. Drive through rocks also. We did both. The Steak Burgers, fries and shakes are fantastic. I highly recommend. I have over 15 million views on my reviews. We give Johnny Rays Drive In 5 stars.
The food here is delicious and I love the feel of this place. It's like going back in time. The food is well worth the price and the wait in line.
I ordered a double bacon cheese burger with grilled onions, onion rings, a coke and then a medium cherry shake for dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious, reasonably priced and brought out quickly (we didn’t have to wait long) This was a great experience with really outstanding service. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a change from regular fast food. They also have a drive thru and a Mr. Pac-Man arcade game inside.
It's like a old time 50's diner with all of the delicious greasy foods. They have the best malts in town! They have the flavor of an old fashioned malt.
